  • Reiki healing is a form of alternative therapy that originated in Japan. It involves the use of hands-on or hands-off techniques to transfer energy and promote healing in the body. The word "Reiki" is derived from two Japanese words: "rei," which means "universal," and "ki," which means "life force energy." During a Reiki session, the practitioner places their hands on or near the client's body, with the intention of channeling energy to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support the body's natural healing processes. Reiki is often used in conjunction with other forms of therapy and is considered safe and non-invasive.
